The Public is welcome to attend board meetings which are held the first Tuesday of each month, 7:00 PM. We currently meet at River Valley Coop meeting room, 228 Northampton St, Easthampton, MA 01027. - Officers serve one-year terms and are up for re-nomination at the March Board meeting.
- Our Annual Meeting is usually held in February.
- Board Members serve three year terms which are staggered so that only a portion of the Board is up for re-election each year.
- This is an all-volunteer Board. There are no paid salaries.
