On Monday August 24th about 8 volunteers showed up at the end of East Green Street to help with the offloading of 250, 10 foot High-Density Polyethylene, or HDPE boards. Work, being done by Kevin Mulligan and Jason Miranda, began this week to remove the rotting wooden boards and shore up the trail with the HDPE boards. It’s expected to take about 8 to 10 weeks to complete the upgrade. The culvert on the East Street side of the trail is also gong to be redone. The trail on that side of the property is currently closed.
