Directional and historical information signage has recently been added to Old Trolley Line. In addition, bikers along the Manhan Bike Trail can now park their bikes at the entrance to Acadia’s portion of Old Trolley Line and include a nice hike into their exercise regimen.
In late August a bridge over a dry creek bed was also installed. Thank You to all the volunteers who helped lift and place the two 500 pound girders into place!

PCT set up a informational booth at Cultural Chaos this year. Marty Klein put up an enlarged bear photo with a hole where the bear’s face should be so passersby could take a picture of themselves as the furry beast. The presence of the Trust at the event sparked interest among the community, some of whom expressed interest in volunteer work for the Trust.
It was a beautiful sunny Saturday morning for the PCT plant sale. The Trust took in a good amount of proceeds from the event. Raffle and plant sales totaled $ 1,482. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the Trust!
